Pros
The ability to help people with the strategic planning and execution of their research is wonderful. Getting to work with a world class team of industry leaders and Ph.D. professionals is an incredible experience each day. There is something really fulfilling about being able to help clients complete projects that, in some cases, they have devoted years of their lives to. There is a positive attitude among the team, and we take being able to help people very seriously, which is why we consistently generate such a high caliber of work day after day.
Cons
Sometimes the deadlines are extremely tight, and in such a fast paced environment dealing with such high-level research, there is no room for error.

Great co-workers, everyone is a team player and works towards a common goal. You earn what you are worth, so if you work hard and stay focused you will make great money. Better yet, get your work done and you have plenty of time for friends and family.
Cons
We don't get free snacks.
