      Pros

      Stable, fast moving/nimble organization looking to grow. Software has a great reputation and clients speak very highly of the product. No micromanagement. Lots of inbound leads to work! Products are evolving and revenue is growing!

      We could have nicer, more updated office space

      Global clients, international team, convenient location and nice people to work with. I really enjoy working with intelligent creative people, and this is a very talented team.

      Pros

      I've been at PreEmptive for almost 10 years and it's a great place to work. Pizza lunch is provided every week. Benefits are really good and there are a generous amount of paid holidays and vacation time. A good work / life balance is encouraged.

      Cons

      Office space is dated, but improvements are underway.
