This is by far the best place I have ever worked. Hard work is encouraged AND recognized and rewarded. Colleagues are very supportive, it's really like a big family.
Cons
I don't consider it a downside, but it takes a certain kind of person to make it in this kind of a position. Be sure you understand the job.
