      Pros

      Great Culture where everyone can have their ideas heard in a friendly atmosphere. There is also a high intellectual level when discussing things that I very much like, as I am surrounded some really bright colleagues.

      Cons

      It is a start-up and as such you have to be prepared for a fast pace.
