Working at Plus 1 Communications has been a great experience for me so far. There are a range of different clients and that means every day is different. The work is varied and exciting and the agency is constantly growing. It definitely gets busy and that can sometimes feel difficult but the team is supportive and people are always on hand to help when you ask for it. The team work really hard to put social events together like Christmas and Summer parties. There is also a really nice atmosphere in the office, which is in a great location!

Cons

As mentioned it can get very busy but this is normal for the industry and is usually in the run up to big events, which are exciting to work on.

- The LOVELIEST team ever - you honestly couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with that wholeheartedly want to help and support you in anything that you want to do. I’ve made lifelong friends here. - There’s so much progression within the company and they truly invest in you to help you reach your goals. - The Group MD and Chairman are great and amazing at what they do- again they truly want to see you shine in your role there. - You get to work on some really fun clients and attend some really cool events. - Access to a mental health professional. - Summer & Christmas parties and lots of social events in between. - Lovely offices that are right opposite Windsor Castle and have everything you need from a stocked fridge to a Coffee Machine and snacks! - Because it’s agency work there’s always something new you can learn and always someone that you can learn from. - Genuinely such a friendly and fun agency that not only creates amazing work but also has fun while doing it.

Cons

- As with agency life in general occasionally you’ll have to work a bit later or attend an event that’s on a weekend, but it won’t go unnoticed.

Pros

Great experience learning new skills and developing in a fast paced environment. The people at P1C are the best and kindest to work with, everyone is one big team. They also have a lovely summer party in the middle of the year, and you receive a monthly travel allowance, which is handy.

Cons

No overtime pay but that is the nature of agency work.
