Pinpoint is a friendly and supportive team that encourages you to do your best and reach your goals. There are good opportunities for career progression, and the flexible working hours are a key benefit, helping to balance work with personal commitments.

Cons

Following the acquisition of NOVA+, Pinpoint has gone through a lot of change which has brought about lots of exciting opportunities but also plenty of challenges to overcome.

Pros

Incredible amount of flexibility for staff (flexi hours especially), and always given autonomy to do your work. The team culture is good, everyone genuinely gets on really well within the team. The work is interesting and challenging and I have been given the opportunity to learn and progress in my role.

Cons

It can be fast paced at times, with a fair amount of change so it can be hard to keep up.

Pros

I’ve been working at Pinpoint for just over 5 years now and i can honestly say that I love working here. The work culture is good and I have a great, super supportive team. I have regular 1-2-1's with my line manager, who I feel has always been empathetic and genuinely cares about me and my work. We have regular company socials, monthly team lunches where we share recent achievements, projects we've enjoyed working on etc.., also 'Coffee Catch Ups' where we can use company coffee cards to go out and 'catch up' with colleagues or have internal meetings in a different environment outside the office, It’s a nice touch that breaks up the workday and helps build relationships. I've been given many opportunities to grow and learn new skills, and the company is behind me, encouraging me to excel in what i do, which i genuinely feel i have over my time here. Sometimes the work can be intense, with tight deadlines (the joys of agency life!), but there's always discussion beforehand about what’s possible, and what support is needed from other parts of the wider team. And work is very varied, this year for example i’ve worked on everything from still digital social posts to animated explainers, creative AR projects to 3D DOOH and FOOH, so the company is ever expanding and pushing into new areas of creative production, which I love and is exciting to see.

Cons

There’s a lot expected from you in terms of creativity and performance, and the bar is set high for everyone. But this also means you get to push yourself and achieve things you didn’t think possible. The support and resources are there to help you meet these expectations, and it’s a great way to accelerate your career growth.
