      Pros

      Pharmascience has some of the most engaged and supportive people I’ve worked with. Leadership is strong but easy to talk to. Ideas get heard, help is there when you need it, and the culture is very collaborative. Fast-growing, global, and genuinely fun.

      Cons

      Honestly, not much to complain about. Like any company, there’s always room to improve but I feel the team and leadership genuinely ask for feedback and are open to change where it's needed.
