You’re able to choose any topics to pursue, creative styles to experiment with, and advertising platforms to utilise. - Great benefits - Ongoing learning opportunities and paid certifications - Fair base pay plus uncapped commission - Supportive and transparent management - Remote work available

Cons

- Frequent market changes (industry caused) - Not for someone looking for a 9-5 role (clock-in/clock-out)
