Pros
Nice area, rural location easy commuting, fun working with customers when not micromanaged, helped keep the company going in good direction when possible
Cons
Software and server crashes made it really challenging. The few developers they had enjoyed a really flexible schedule that made it hard when serious bugs hit customers , it was more about getting the sale than anything else and it never changed, very stressful , lots and lots of turnover , hard to be happy, insurance cutoff , checks bounced

Enjoyed working with some great colleagues on the sales team.
Cons
Had to fight to get paid for each commission I earned. Company eventually would pay, but sometimes months later, which caused a great deal of frustration.
