      A Company Where Employees Stick Around

      Pros

      Small company with many larger company benefits. Teams work well together across functional departments. High tech company in a location without a high tech cost of living.

      Cons

      It is a small company, so promotions may be hard to come by. They are, however, not non-existent. Stellar performance is rewarded.

      Pros

      Open and collaborative work environment, mixed with a bit of fun. Great benefits. Room for personal and professional growth. Have been in business over 35 years. Cool building and work environment.

      Cons

      Small company so everyone has an important role, this might not appeal to some. Not many (but a few) places for lunch within walking distance.

      Pros

      - Very nice and peaceful facility. - Very kind people. - Established and quality team. - Flexible working hours. - Everybody knows what he/she is supposed to do. - Respectful people. - Questions are answered promptly. - Good healthcare and 401k options. - 3x Donation match to non-profit organizations. - Management think of employees.

      Cons

      To be honest with you, there are very very small cons that do not deserve to be listed here. For instance, recent cleaning service may do little better job to be perfect. Also, instead of yearly evaluation report, maybe two evaluation in a year might be better.
