- Extremely talented and nice people - Diverse projects, you get a taste of everything - Diverse clients, from startups to corporate - Lots of opportunities to learn and try new things - Great teamwork and working dynamics - In-house 3d printers, laser cutter, woodworking and metal working machine shop... - Located in Dumbo! Super nice walks, especially during summertime
Cons
- Agency compensation, agency lifestyle - Really small firm, HR policies or management stuff can get confusing sometimes - Projects for clients can get chaotic really fast (tight deadlines, late hours)
