Lots of opportunities for training and career development. I've been in my new role for just over 3 months now, and the amount of learning and growth that I've experienced in such a short time has been incredible. The management team are really supportive and always willing to help while emphasising on a strong focus for continuous learning and improvement. Being able to genuinely help and support our clients who lack the knowledge around employment relations and hearing them say how grateful they are for our help is incredibly rewarding.
