      Pros

      Treated like family from the top down. Great strides being made toward becoming an employer of choice. New benefits & pay scales.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and SOP’s, but this is currently being addressed.

      They care about you and the customer. Humble leadership.

      Cons

      They have some cool benefits like marketplace chaplains and financial advisors, but not a good PTO structure and no paid maternity leave.
