      * Largest fintech of Japan * No diplomacy or office politics * People who survives are the one of the brilliant engineers one would want to work with. * Growth based on talent and skills * Sky is the limit, you can learn and enter any projects ofcouse based on availability * Bonus !!! is based on performance and not part of CTC * Industry Standard practises.

      Cons

      * its true no food ( I am only mentioning it because people raise concerns, LoL) * C grades may decrease salary, but there is no limit on bonus on S grade!!! * Hard work pays off, in terms of growth and salary, but `hard work` * 4 days work from office
