      Pros

      I have found myself in alignment with this company. I am learning a multitude of technologies and take pride in being part of the exceptional team I've discovered here. One can sense personal growth paralleled by the company's expansion.

      Cons

      Until now, there aren't cons. Maybe just some compensation adjustments based on the skills and the effort you invest everyday.

      Pros

      I got many opportunities to grow up in this company, facing many customers and technical challenges. Compensation is proportional to your achievements and the value you bring in to company. Even if now it got bigger, you can talk and work with your collegues like in a family.

      Cons

      You should be able to self teach a lot and adapt to work in many places and with different customers. Working like in a family could be sometimes a problem if you have disagreements with your collegues.
