Pros

Everyone is very friendly. The culture is social and there are lots of ERGs and social activities. The office is kept lively and has lots of snacks/drinks.

Cons

It is very busy and fast paced. Not for everyone but fun if you like it.

-Everyone is extremely passionate and invested towards the business we are building -Passion never gets in the way of being nice and having fun -Great benefits (US team included) -Beautiful office where staff is well looked after (free lunches once a week) -Great systems and investment in technology for a small company -Dog friendly!

Cons

-I consistently say the only con I have about my job/company is that I have to work at all (because who wouldn't prefer laying around on a beach)
