Supportive to individual growth in a structured manner Great colleagues and professionals working in teams with unified objective for client excellence Allows for work-life balance

Cons

This depends on the individual's perspective. My experience was fair with the organization. Success and career progression is not overnight, but, a consistent and professional attitude to align ones goal with team function and patience is the key here. Meaning, recognition may be late for some due to number of teams but it finds it way sooner or later.
