      Strong leadership and teamwork, but high health insurance costs

      - Recent shift in leadership style - Great respectful attitude amongst most go to market teams - Invest into tools and people where needed - CS leadership is amongst the strongest I've worked with

      Cons

      - US Health insurance is the highest I've ever seen (Over $1,000 a month) - Some staff are very protective of change - Unwillingness to cut some dead weight where needed - Recent layoffs (typical as org moves from startup to scale up)

      Ambitious and result-oriented teams. Best-in-class training is provided to each salesperson. Super challenging but realistically achievable targets. Flexibility on working from the office/remotely. Good culture.

      Cons

      A fast-growing company that is sometimes difficult to catch up with all the news while working and focusing on the main goals. Some people should take more accountability.
