Pros

The people are by far the biggest pro for PRR -- Good sense of team identity, but enough space and time for people to dive into independent work.

Cons

Hiring and retention were at times uncertain, as they have offices throughout the US, it can be hard to understand what offices are scaling up, which are scaling down.

Pros

PRR has the best company culture I've ever seen. It's a family here! The work is challenging, I'm consistently growing, and I have resources and people to help when I need it. Senior leadership is open and honest with us about company finances, business development, and career development is always top of mind. Everyone here genuinely cares about each other and will step in to teach at a moment's notice. The atmosphere is laid back and creativity is highly encouraged (and rewarded).

Cons

Pay is not competitive.
