      I was assigned to work with an amazing QA team, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better boss. The team’s energy, support, and professionalism make every task smoother, and the guidance I receive helps me grow each day. It feels good to be surrounded by people who not only know their work but also uplift one another. Grateful to be part of such a solid and dedicated group.

      “The HR side of things feels a bit disorganized, and the directions we get are often unclear. I really wish the salary structure matched the current market rate for our roles, it would make a huge difference in motivation and retention. It’s frustrating when the effort and skill we put in aren’t reflected in the compensation, especially when we know our value in the market.

      - Minimal bureaucracies, fast paced and very dynamic - Initiatives & projects gets executed quickly - Very friendly colleagues that are fun to work with and you learn alot from them as well - Free bubble tea every friday

      Cons

      - Just moved office, so it's still messy - Fast paced & dynamic, so this will be a big con if you can't deal with uncertainty and wants more structure - Have highs and lows, can be very busy during peak time
