PRG have an excellent track record in Accountancy & Finance recruitment and are building a very positive reputation across the IT, Business Support and Construction sectors. The company reward strong performances with promotions and salary reviews. Having previously worked in a larger agency I appreciate PRG's willingness to give trusted consultants more autonomy and flexibility in working hours whenever possible. There are genuine friendships amongst most of the employees and I feel the management team listen and taken on board the opinions of all employees.

Great culture, treated fairly. As any good recruitment consultant knows, recruitment is a sales environment. targets are set by us (the consultants), if targets are hit on a regular basis, there is no pressure. the leadership team are approachable and fair. Commission structure is one of the best in the business. Offices are excellent with pool table, table tennis, break out area. Breaks are encouraged. Annual summer day out was fabulous and fun, all expenses paid. same as the Christmas party. holiday entitlement is good and encourage to be used throughout the year to ensure that everyone has a break.
