Pay can be on the lower end of the market but not unreasonable, Small company so benefits are not much different that if you got them from the state exchange
Being its an MSP, there is a lot of exposure to different systems as every customer is different. The IT Manager there is fantastic, and so are a lot of the longer term coworkers I had. I do not know how the landscape has changed, but the characters I worked with were extremely supportive and very cool.
Cons
Hard work is not always rewarded monetarily, and there is not much room to move internally.
