- Great benefits - Great career paths - Good for long term staying - Communications is good - Can be a fun environment - Personal connections with people are good - Very flexible - Good staff members
Cons
- Paying is not very good or below average but it gets better overtime - Feedback from management can be Brutal - They are not as transparent as they say they are - Company is not well established all the way so there is constant changes which can lead to organization problems at times. - One person does way too many tasks at times - Training for certification is not the greatest
