      Pros

      Some of the best people I have worked with. They take engineering seriously and create quality work. They have a lot of respect in the industry. They are also kind and will work with you on your personal career goals.

      Cons

      Same issues as other design firms with intensely busy periods and much slower periods. Overtime for deadlines can be expected.

      Everyone is very friendly and willing to help each other out. Wide variety of project types, and leadership works to ensure employees are as well-rounded as they want to be.

      Cons

      Occasionally long hours leading up to deadlines, but leadership is working to reduce this.
