Pros
I loved working for Outfly because: It's a small family style personal agency with an genuinely caring team. Becuase they specialise in projects for startups that genuinely excite them rather than for financial gain, I got the opportunity for creativity that I know that I probably won't find again easily . The creative director and founder really pushed people to be better to learn and to grow. I had a lot of fun whilst working at Outfly whilst having a great laugh, going on drunken team trips away and making good friendships along the way. I recently left due to a change in personal circumstances, I will miss them all dearly.
Cons
Real talk, you have to work hard to tight deadlines but that is rewarding. And should want to work hard if you love your job, especially if you want to work here. Everyone is young and learning along the way like you will be, so sometimes yes it's a little chaotic but I they're looking for people who can help shape them so there is a opportunity genuinely.

I love working at Outfly. It can be intense, as any agency can, but unlike any other agency I've ever seen they genuinely try to respect that and account for it. Outfly do value votes before each client meeting, we've not yet voted someone down, but it's nice to know that the option would be there, and I think they genuinely take ethical concerns seriously. It feels so much less like like a money making machine than anywhere else I've worked.
Cons
Their commitment to be innovative and ethical doesn't always work in their favour. Things can be stressful, small and scrappy, which is fun and a lot of the reason people work here, but can be hard after a while.
