      Great company to work for

      Pros

      High pay for the region, management bends over backwards for employees, they don't put you on an inspection without ensuring you understand the work, they pay for training to advance your career.

      Cons

      Sometimes management is friendly to the print of workers taking advantage of them. Because you can be out on projects it often has the secluded feel of independent contracting, which isn't necessarily bad if you don't mind that kind of job.
