Oregon Community Foundation Reviews

I love working for an organization that is genuinely striving to meet pressing needs in Oregon. The foundation cares about its employees and its community and strives to improve their own effectiveness and relationships with community. Like so many nonprofits, OCF is on a journey to advance opportunities and access for all Oregonians. Many of OCF's stakeholders and employees have strong opinions about how best to do that and there isn't always agreement across the board, which can be very challenging. That said--OCF is one of the few organizations that welcomes multiple perspectives coming together to create meaningful change in Oregon--we need to continue to listen and remain open and engaged. Having multiple perspectives is a positive.
