I genuinely love where I work. This company truly puts its employees first, making sure we feel valued, supported, and heard. The team-oriented culture here is amazing—everyone has each other’s backs, and there’s a real sense of camaraderie. I’ve never felt like I don’t matter, and that’s rare to find in a workplace. Leadership encourages growth and collaboration, creating an environment where people actually enjoy coming to work. If you’re looking for a company that genuinely cares about its employees, this is the place to be!

Cons

like any company, there are areas that could improve. At times, workloads can be heavy, which can be challenging when trying to maintain a good work-life balance. Additionally, because the company is so team-driven, changes and decisions can sometimes take longer as multiple perspectives are considered. However, these are minor compared to the overall positive experience of working here.

Career progression opportunities Personal development opportunities Down-to-earth management Flexible schedule (within reason) Management listens to designer input Friendly coworkers Good benefits & PTO Overall great experience. Part of a team and have a sense of accomplishment rather than just another cog in the machine. Management is personable and understanding while also setting fair expectations.
