You have the ability to not just be a stagnate employee, but to grow within the company. OTA is a family culture. We try to look after our employees during the good times and bad.
Cons
Very satisfied with the growth trend OTA is on, but wish we could move even faster.

Pros
The company leadership truly cares about its employees and is always looking for new ways to ensure quality of life is present. From the top down the management is very honest in its dealings with employees, partners, and customers alike. The company provides good benefits and feels like an extended family.
Cons
The number of positions within the company is limited by the contracts won and the requirements on said contracts. As the company is still a small business and growing this con will be alleviated as more and more contracts are acquired.
