      -Great opportunity to offer premium services for high paying clients -Lots of education & perks associated with the company (gym access, amazing community, comped certs) -Best gym in the world, world class trainers, etc.

      Pros

      Onnit has the best company culture I have ever experienced. They are also all about a healthy work-life balance so you don't end up with burnout. They offer benefits: a 401k with up to 4% match, healthcare (health, vision, dental), unlimited PTO for vacations or sick days, a personal account up to $150 to purchase any of their products monthly, a Joon benefit up to $100 monthly, 1 free weekly lunch, holiday events, and more.

      Cons

      It can be exhausting by the end of the day depending on what role requires but otherwise, if you have a great manager than you have all the help and breaks you need to feel supported.
