      Pros

      Great leadership, love the team. Sam (VP of People) really cares about each employee having a good experience. LGBTQ+ inclusive. Encouraging and accepting of people from all backgrounds and at all levels.

      Cons

      Salary isn't always as competitive as other orgs (still good though), no 401k match, and lacking some employee benefits

      Lots of smart people, lots of opportunity to take on new tasks and grow. Enjoyed the culture as well. Remote-first
