Pros

Some of the best reasons to work here now include: * it's a socially inclusive group *the managers strive for excellence *the human resources team is focused on rewarding engaged employees *it's a fun working environment *the employees work well in their teams

Cons

Some of the cons of working here in the past are that: *our contracts with clients meant that we had to focus on the best sellers, not on people *we had leaders who were not focused on growing our business *we had a high turnover of staff as a result
