      Pros

      I feel so lucky to be part of the OTC team, I’ve never seen a group of people have so much respect and appreciation for one another. Upper management is always open to listening to any input, which is so refreshing. This company treats me so well it really makes me want to put everything I have into my work. I can’t believe how fortunate I am that on Sunday night I look forward to coming in on Monday morning, I wish I could go back to a year ago and tell myself to be patient because my dream job is just around the corner!

      Cons

      Not so much a con necessarily, but the day often flies by so insanely fast, time management is key!

      Pros

      Under new management and couldn't be better. People working on the team really care about and love what they do. I feel like if I want to try something new, management allows me to do it. The company isn't afraid to test new ideas.

      Cons

      The previous management created a lot of issues before they left, so there are some messes we are still cleaning up, but it's coming together fast.

      We are building something truly innovative in the beauty space. The leadership is focused and communicates clear priorities. While the team is small, it is very collaborative - currently everyone brings value. The brand is built on innovation - the magnetic lash - we are working to take it to the next level and beyond.

      Cons

      I love working here ~ the culture, the people and the brand.
