Oldcastle has a clear vision on where it plays and how it wins. Business goals are translated into department goals which filter down to individual teams. The work is rewarding and the culture is one of collaboration and inclusion.

Cons

Oldcastle is a manufacturing company, IT does not always get a seat at the table when strategy is being discussed and decided. We've come a long way but there are still areas were IT could bring more value if they were seen as partner or innovation center.
