      I don’t usually write reviews, but this place really feels different. From the start, I’ve felt like a person, not just a number. My manager, team, and coworkers genuinely care about me and our clinicians. Since the new CEO and leadership came in, the vibe has gotten even better — more supportive and focused on people.

      Cons

      If I had to point out one thing, I’d say some processes still take longer than they probably should. Change is happening, but like any company, it’s not always instant.
