      Pros

      -Very relaxed work enviornment -Upper management takes the time to have personal relationships with everyone in the office -Tremendous opportunity for advancement. The company is growing at a rapid pace. -Benefits and PTO -Possibilities to work remotely or from home -Strong and clear direction of the companies future -Quartely bonus

      Cons

      -Company is 24/7- 365, so there are some working holidays, but time is compensated with floating holiday pay. -Not for someone who doesnt thrive in a small business enviornment.

      Pros

      They have great Insurance, after only a short wait PTO- 2 weeks a year Fun Atmosphere. Rod and Trey and Skye especially make it fun! Challenging, everyday is always different You Have a voice- ideas were always listened to

      Cons

      No cons, I enjoyed working there- only thing I would say is that there wasn't much room for growth when I was there.
