I have been at OPT for a relatively short amount of time but it has been a great experience so far. What first attracted me here was how unique the technology is and being in an industry that is so new but has a lot of potential. Some additional things that stand out is how the company is making strides in being employee friendly. Managers are here to support you but do not micromanage your everyday tasks. Everyone who works here has a lot of responsibility but there continues to be a strong work/life balance and flexible environment regardless of how busy the days get. Along with a friendly culture, I would say OPT has a learning culture where everyday you can learn something new whether it comes from on the job training, presentations or just having the opportunity to work with different individuals.
Cons
A smaller company may not be for everyone. Because of the size, you may be asked to work on something that does not directly fit in your job description.
