At the end of the day, it’s you who determines how you experience the world around you. Reviews like these say more about the people who write them than the company they’re writing about. I’ve had a good experience here at OSI because I’m the kind of person who was always going to have a good experience. I work hard, listen to others, and have a generally good attitude every day. If you’re the opposite, you probably won’t have a good experience. It’s entirely up to you.

I had a good experience at OSI. The company treats its employees well and the managers are the kind of people who get to know you personally as a human being. It’s a good work environment and the pay is great. Would definitely recommend to others.

Cons

Not as much room to grow as I thought. It wasn’t easy to leave and sometimes I’m still not certain I made the right choice. But I made my bed, so now I have to lay in it
