      Pros

      The leadership team really cares about their employees and treats everyone like family. They have good benefits including healthcare and vacation days.

      Cons

      It can be challenging for everyone to know get to know one another especially during covid

      They hold great reputation for the skills of their employees. Great support for further training and certification.

      Cons

      Being at clients sites on regular basis makes you feel disconnected to Ouest at times until the next company event.

      Thank you for your feedback. We will try to be better about having regular get togethers. Currently we have a weekly zoom call organized by the social committee. Hope to have everyone vaccinated soon and COVID behind us so we can re-open the office and re-instate in-person gatherings.
