The best company ive ever worked for - so much work life balance. Nobody is checking when you clock in and out. There is so much trust in the staff, and it shows as everyone still gets their work done. Great company culture in Wellington.

Cons

Parental leave policies arnt very competitive when compared to other similar, local tech companies.
