      Pros

      2-3 great people that actually care about their job.

      Cons

      The other 17-20 people who are more interested in gossip and berating every realtor in the system. Lots of foul language. Many corners cut. Member dues spent on lottery tickets, fancy dinners.

      Pros

      This company is managed by a Board of Directors and run by a management staff of three people. They make a very nice effort at running a positive firm that gives realtors the data and access they need in order to do their job. Management believes in their mission and strives to give the very best service to their members. Nice perks, financial incentives, group lottery, anniversary and birthday celebrations, 401k.

      Cons

      Co-workers will not train new hires, they withhold information, use profanity towards customers, are chronically negative and unprofessional.
