      Pros

      Terrific team that works together to take great care of both their clients and candidates. Leadership is super supportive and is always ready to listen and/or help. They have wonderful, long-standing relationships because they genuinely care about putting the right candidate in the right position. You have all the tools you need to be successful and if you think you need something else they are always open minded.

      Pros

      They stretch employees for growth while also giving all the support needed to succeed. Enormous amount of opportunity here and hard work is always rewarded. Comp plans are top notch. Camaraderie is fantastic!

      Cons

      Working remote is great but we also need to remain vigilant in looking for opportunities to get together. We probably do a pretty good job in this area but we cannot let up!
