Pros

In my first three months, I've truly gained so much knowledge in the world of PR that I don't think I would've gotten at another agency. The people that work at this company are truly incredible, they've made me feel so welcome and included in everything. I've learned so much from them and I'm excited to continue learning from them. There are a lot of opportunities for growth at Next PR and I'm excited to try new things and learn about different clients.

- Very supportive work culture that encourages, and provides the resources for, professional and personal development - Incredible benefits: Health benefits are paid for on top of other great perks that truly make Next stand out from other agencies - Very diverse array of services provided, making for great opportunities for growth and learning new skills - Transparency: You rarely see this level of transparency from any workplace, it really helps encourage a team mentality. We all know what is generally going on business-wise which encourages everyone to help continue building out the agency

Cons

Honestly don't have anything bad to say, base pay is average but benefits and extra compensation opportunities really level it up
