      Pros

      At Next I was able to get involved with complicated projects within my first year in the industry. Here you don't have to wait years and years before you understand what you are doing. It feels like 1 year here is worth 5 years anywhere else.

      Cons

      A fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines. If you are eager to work and learn this won't be a problem.

      Pros

      Project flow is high, allowing lots of opportunities to develop quickly. Great staff that are always willing to go the extra mile to help, regardless of your and their position in the company. Fun company culture, promotes knowledge sharing and encourages learning new skillsets, and collaborative nature makes the work enjoyable.

      Cons

      Company is on the smaller size, so staff will need to wear multiple hats, so it can get a bit stressful taking on a variety of roles.
