      Pros

      Amazing people and getting the trust and support to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. We're growing a lot and it's great to be a part of this journey from startup to scale-up.

      Cons

      Lack of benefits/bonuses, but this is very much a work in progress.

      Pros

      The team is very young and diverse. The office space is open, green and light, making it enjoyable to work at. There are a lot of opportunities to grow, since you can experience different types of projects with different sectors. There is a lot of energy and time put into the people, particularly a good culture around feedback and setting personal goals.

      Cons

      The ESG landscape is fast-paced and so is the work. Processes/regulations need to be understood fast in order to provide the best quality work. Junior positions are often trusted very early on to take responsibilities on complex tasks, but this does not always translate in a career growth opportunity. There is some uncertainty in that sense.

      Young and diverse team. Fast-growing and developing company.

      Cons

      Working pressure can be high. A decoupled sales and consultancy teams can lead to misalignments, compared to other consultancies where senior consultants are responsible for selling.
