      - The variety of the work that the company performs allows employees to be exposed to a variety of different aspects of aviation. Intriguing work environment, as the company works on several different makes, and models of aircraft. Would recommend working here if you enjoy aviation and want to further your aviation career/education. -Good group of co-workers. If you show an interest in aviation, they are willing to teach -Maintenance hangar is clean, bright, and modern -Recent changes in management have been beneficial for the company. Leadership has a vision for the company which will encourage a positive future
