Pros: Amazing group of employees They want to promote you They want you to grow in the company Great owner and CEO Great work/life/school life balance Great HR manager Flexible with your schedule, especially when you are a student Grateful for and to their employees
Cons
For a while there was an issue with some members at the work place. It made the working situation uncomfortable (however, a pro, Management wants everything resolved and are very encouraging). Some members of another team were VERY harsh over certain situations that involve different clientele.
