Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review about your time with Netcraft. Personally, I can relate to your comments about our leadership and approach to work life balance and flexibility. Career and personal development frameworks are in place across our larger functions such as Engineering and Tech Ops, but we do recognise that there is more to be done in some of the smaller teams across the business. We do provide everyone with 2 days a year that they can use to focus on relevant training and development of their choosing, and we have open access to Udemy and Coursera courses. We also take a very supportive view on any other external training from seminars through to professional qualifications. Having gone through the acquisition in Australia it is great to hear you refer so positively to the way that has and continues to be managed. There is no doubt making communications across 3 geographies that circle the globe is tough, but a lot of effort is made on a daily basis to ensure it is as streamlined and effective as possible - so its nice to read that you feel that those efforts are successful.
