Nelson Labs reviews about "layoff"

It's all been downhill since Jeff Nelson is gone. Previously, senior leadership would weather through tough times by being resourceful and managing well. The company prided itself on having never done layoffs, but instead allowing natural attrition to bring about a more balanced budget when times were tight. Not so anymore. People who have been here 15-20 years are on the chopping block. Previous reviews have lauded job security as a pro. Not anymore. Glad I left when I did.
