Pros

The people I work with are professional, smart and supportive. I appreciate that the company invests in its people providing travel and onshore opportunities for training purposes.

Cons

Experience may vary depending on the management style of immediate supervisor, lucky to have a great team and manager, but I heard stories from others who can't say the same thing unfortunately.
